Project scope
- We are currently seeking an HR specialist of recruitment manager at our clients office who will be instrumental in handling various HR tasks. This role requires a dedicated professional who can leverage these functions to enhance organizational value.
- This is a 12-month full-time consultancy assignment where you are employed by us at Clevry but work at our client.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Talent recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment project, and engage in attracting all kinds of talents including High-end expert, onboarded-in-HQ talent, top mind talent, oversea students, campus recruitment and top PhD talent, etc.
- Recruitment process management: Manage the end-to-end HR process of recruitment, learn the latest requirements of the HQ, complete local adaptation, and manage the local recruitment process to improve operation efficiency.

Headhunter management:Manage headhunter resources, manage headhunter resource allocation, and regularly organize headhunter service quality evaluation.
Your qualifications
- At least three years of experience in recruitment domain.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude in problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Proven capability to operate effectively under stress, maintaining composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Fluency in both Chinese, English and Swedish.
